How to use Mobile Deposit?

  1. Login with the UKRFCU mobile app. Select Check Deposit icon.
  2. First time login, Read and Accept the disclosure and agreement.
  3. Verify the back of your check is endorsed with your signature and write “UKRFCU Mobile Deposit”.
  4. Select the account you want to deposit the check into. It will automatically select To Share Draft. 
  5. Enter the amount of the check (daily and monthly limits apply).
  6. Select the Camera icon to take a picture of the front of the check. Tap to take a picture. You can Retake picture if it’s not legible or keep picture.
  7. Tap to take a picture of the back of the check.
  8. Click Deposit. You may be prompted to confirm the amount of the deposit.
  9. Deposit confirmation will be sent via email. Deposits made before 4:00 PM EST will be posted the same day. Deposits made after 4:00 PM EST will be posted the following business day. UKRFCU Funds Availability applies.

Helpful Tips: 

  1. Remember to update the UKRFCU app on your mobile device to see the new Check Deposit feature.
  2. Endorse the back of the check with your signature and write “UKRFCU Mobile Deposit”.
  3. Keep hands clear of the check while taking the pictures to avoid pictures of fingers/hands.
  4. Hold onto the check until it clears.

Common Errors:

  1. Torn corners
  2. Front image is not legible
  3. Amounts not matching
  4. Routing and accounts numbers unclear
  5. No camera on the device
  6. Image is too dark
  7. Access denied

No Checking Account – No Problem!

To utilize this program, you must have a UKRFCU debit card that is linked to your checking account. You can sign up for a Share Draft (checking account) and order a debit card at any UKRFCU branch.

External Transfers is conveniently located within Online Banking. Simply follow these steps:

  1. Log into Online Banking
  2. Go to the Move Money tab and choose External Transfers.


Pay People the easy way

Popmoney is conveniently located within Online Banking and the Mobile App. Simply follow these steps:

  1. Log into Online Banking.
  2. Go to the Move Money tab and choose Popmoney.
  3. In the Mobile App, a Popmoney tab will appear in the main menu.

Money Management

Budgeting for a Brighter Future

Money Management is a service in Online Banking that provides a visualization of spending over time divided into categories. Members can drill into subcategory views and see transaction details, track income, and define the date range over 3, 6, 9 or 12 months. Login to Online Banking to use Money Management.
